NUSTAR casino login: what "signing in" means on Kawit Point

There is no player account to open on this guide. Here is how the door, the ID check and the rewards desk actually work in Cebu.

There is nothing to log into here. NUSTAR admits guests in person: you arrive at Kawit Point on the South Road Properties, show a valid government photo ID proving you are at least 21, pass a short security screening and walk in free of charge at any hour. A NUSTAR Rewards membership is also handed over in person at a desk on the property, free and open from age 21. Because the resort's own online activity is registered under different names — Casino Maxx in the PAGCOR register of licensed casinos dated 16 July 2026, and a NuSTAR online brand held by Premier Online Digital Entertainment Corp. in the register of accredited Gaming System Administrators dated 4 December 2025, a page asking for a NUSTAR email and password is run by somebody other than the resort — and this guide is none of them: we hold no accounts, take no payments and issue nothing.

The door, in the order it happens

The sequence at Kawit Point is short. Vehicles are waved to the porte-cochère, bags and person go through a screening point, and the gaming floor entrance is the next control. There, and only there, someone reads your date of birth. Admission itself costs nothing, there is no ticket or wristband, and nothing is reserved in advance.

The document has to be an original government photo ID — a passport, a driver's licence, a PhilSys card or a postal ID. A photograph of one on a phone screen is routinely refused, which is the single most common reason a first-time visitor is turned back after a 35-minute drive from the airport.

Beyond age, the published admission rules for gaming premises exclude several groups outright: students of any school, college or university whatever their age; government employees together with a spouse, children or parents; and AFP and PNP personnel with their immediate relatives. Politically exposed persons are listed among those the property does not admit to play. Anyone enrolled in the self-exclusion programme is stopped at the same point, and each venue may then apply a stricter policy of its own — the door belongs to the property, not to the regulator.

Doors are run by the venue and its policy can be stricter than the general baseline; one phone call ahead saves the drive across the SRP.

No sign-in happens on this page. If you want an online lobby instead of the drive to Cebu, our partner offer opens separately and is not connected to NUSTAR. Strictly 21+.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I create a NUSTAR casino account?
Not on this guide. The Kawit Point resort admits guests in person, and its online activity is registered under other names — Casino Maxx and a NuSTAR online brand held by Premier Online Digital Entertainment Corp. Anything else asking for NUSTAR credentials is a third party.
Which IDs are accepted at the entrance?
An original government photo ID: passport, driver's licence, PhilSys national ID or postal ID. Staff check the date of birth against the 21-year line.
Do I need to book before visiting the floor?
No. The gaming floor is open around the clock and admission is free — booking applies to hotel rooms, restaurants and shows, not to the floor.
